Violin Lesson Overview

-basic to advanced in solo violin/viola/cello, orchestral, jazz, and bluegrass(fiddle).
-care and handling of a stringed instrument
-proper stance and holding of the instrument
-proper bow hold and bowing techniques
-tuning techniques
-producing vibrato
-reading sheet music (note and rhythm reading)
-ear training and music theory
-interpretation of different musical styles
